This is a small kennel website. We collect only the information needed to operate the site, respond to puppy applicants, and evaluate whether a Whiplash Malinois puppy may be a suitable match.

When you visit the site

Our web server and reverse proxy may temporarily process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and the date and time of a request. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical problems.

When you submit a puppy application

The puppy application asks for information relevant to evaluating a potential home and placement. This includes:

• Your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and age.
• Information about your home, household, employment, yard, and other animals.
• Your dog ownership, training, club, veterinarian, and reference information.
• Your puppy preferences, goals, experience, and any additional details you choose to provide.

Please do not include sensitive information that the form does not request, such as government identification numbers, financial account details, or medical records.

How we use this information

Application information is used to review your interest in a puppy, communicate with you, assess a possible placement, contact references when appropriate, and maintain reasonable records of kennel inquiries and decisions. Technical request information is used only for site operation, reliability, and security.

How applications are delivered and stored

When you submit an application, the website validates it and sends it by email to the kennel owner through our email provider. The website does not save a separate copy in an application database.

Copies may remain in the kennel owner's email account, the sending and receiving email systems, and their ordinary backups. We may retain application correspondence for as long as reasonably useful for reviewing the application, communicating with you, maintaining kennel records, or meeting legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use puppy applications to create third-party marketing lists. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that operate the website or deliver email, with a reference or veterinarian you ask us to contact, or when required by law or needed to protect people, animals, or the site.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information in transit and limit access to application email. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, so please submit only the information requested.

International applicants

This site accepts applications worldwide. If you submit an application from another country, your information may be transmitted to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our website or email providers operate.

Your choices

You do not have to submit an application. You may ask to review, correct, or delete application information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, or recordkeeping purposes.
